the Life - Message of our Great Persons

Planning of 15 Thousand Time-Bound Programmes
In order to create a nationwide movement of the Mulnivasis (original inhabitants of Bharat) unification of the strength of the Mulnivasi Bahujan is necessary and so in order to reach this goal, it was decided to hold the annual conventions of BAMCEF as a policy means. It now seems that this experiment is getting successful on a large scale in creating the nation-wide movement for the emancipation of Mulnivasis.
Through such, conventions. BAMCEF has succeeded in developing a good number of devoted workers and creating self-discipline among not only our workers, but also among the participants in such conventions and raising their self-confidence and mental stamina to a high level. These annual conventions have contributed a great deal to the onward march of BAMCEF.
We have got the same such experience of the conventions of the last 20 years and this 21st annual convention of BAMCEF was the biggest one in the history of the annual conventions of BAMCEF held uptil now. It was also the most well organised convention in comparison with the previous ones and the number of the participants also was so large that this 21st annual convention can be considered to be historical. In this convention, there was the announcement of one more historical programme, whose title is "Let Us March towards Villages."

The Aim of this Programme
The aim of this programme is to convey the message and the ideology of BAMCEF and our great leaders to the people of 6 lakh villages. But in the first stage of it. upto the year 2006. the target of reaching 2 lakh villages has been kept. One main aspect of this programme is to carry the ideology and thinking of our great leaders and their movement to every village so that the thinking of our people may be basically changed and thereby, a mental revolution can be brought about among our people. Without creating a mental revolution, all other revolutions become fogged. They prove to be like zeros without one. So it is our observation and belief based on it that without mental revolution, a sound organisation of the people cannot be created and without it all revolutions prove to be half-baked and barren. Therefore it is very badly necessary to see that the message of our approach and ideology reaches every village. It is our moral duty to do so.
It is our belief that any social movement if it does not succeed in creating resources for fulfilling its ask. then it cannot succeed in getting its goal realized in practice. Therefore we chalked out a plan of arranging 15 thousand programmes at 15 thousand centers and the creating geographical, social and organisational networking at these 15 thousand centres.
In each and every programme, there should be the participation of the people of minimum 10 Milages and from every village, at least 10 persons should participate in this programme and the village or the centre where this programme is carried out. from that village at least 200 persons should participate in it. In every such programme, at least 1000 persons should be contacted and the constructive dialogue should be held with them. Thus the aim of this entire programme is to contact one and a half crore people.
Through this programme, geographical networking and social networking - both will be achieved. Also through every programme, devoted workers will be emerging and thus the human and financial resources will be created
This is the movement to earn the message of Phule-Ambedkar ideology to villages. By linking the people of the villages, we are going to develop financial and human resources from the rural areas. Thus this movement is not only to create awareness and mental revolution among our people, but it is meant also to build up the nation-wise organization and unity and then with their help, to build up a country-wise and nation-wide movement of Mulnivasi Bahujan for their total emancipation.
Without resources and without pervasive and comprehensive strong organisation, the movement cannot succeed or can not get any successful result. Through the programme of "Let us March towards Villages", we have also planned to launch the movement for convey ing the life-message of our great leaders to the people of the rural areas. The purpose of this movement is to draw the attention of the rural people that whatever Melas or celebrations of our saints that are made on their birth day or death day they have all become purely Karmakand which implies misuse of (he resources of our people in the wrong direction and they side-track the attention of our people from the real life-message of our great persons and our great saints.

To .Fail the Brahmanization of our Great persons
The well-informed persons from among Mulnivasi Bahujan are a wore that the movement launched by saints was actually the social movement of equality created by our great persons, but due to the all round hold of the Brahmins, it was distorted as pure Bhakti (worship) movement and thus the Bhrahminisation of this social movement has taken place and it has been distorted into purely worship (of God) movement. Brahminisation fulfils the purpose of brahmins and not our purpose and therefore it is very necessary to fail this distortion so that our people can understand the true social message of our great persons and saints and follow it in action.

To create Nation-wise Movement
Our people celebrate the birth day or the demise day of our great persons on a large scale throughout the country and much of the financial human and technical resources of our people are wasted. So if we transform such programmes into the programmes for spreading the life-messages of our respective saints and great leaders to our people, then this programme may get transformed into a nation-wise people’s movement and it is our moral duty also to direct them and transform them into such a great movement. There cannot be any better work than this one.

Calendar or Document of all the Great Persons of the Mulnivasis
Nation-wise movement through the medium of BAMCEF organisation will be conducted in the entire country and so in different states of Bharat whatever great persons from among 6000 castes that have lived and worked for our emancipation, their biodata will be collected and the true message of their life and their mission will be preserved and edited. We shall prepare an alround macro documentation of their ideology and mission and their photographs and pictures also will be collected and then these great persons would be declared to be the great persons of the Mulnivasis with the help of this documentation so that high caste people cannot make our great leaders the prey for fulfilling their nefarcous designs. These great persons will be announced to be the endowment inherited by the movement of our emancipation so that in future their Brahminzation by the vested interests becomes impossible and their life message can reach the people at large. This macro document will be made public for the better knowledge of the people A calendar providing information of the

birth dates and death dates of our great persons will be published in the newspapers. In this way, the movements run by the great persons hailing from Mulnivasi Bahujan will be publicly announced to be the endowment inherited by Mulnivasi Bahujan Andolan. This will also help in developing the social and geographical networking of our movement.


Fund for creating Nation-wise Movement
If we study the lives and the message of our great persons, we find that the chief message of their life struggle has been to emancipate the Mulnivasi Bahujan from the chronic slavery imposed by the Brahmins over us. If this objective of the lives of our great persons and their life struggle is understood by our people at large, then a nation-wise and country-wide movement would emerge.

Background
In modern Bharat, from the year 1848 to 1956, our great leaders tried to create a nation-wide movement to emancipate the Mulnivasi Bahujan from the slavery of Arya Brahmins. This effort was found to be succeeding when Babasaheb Ambedkar held the national convention of the scheduled castes Federation at Nagpur in 1942. But then there was a conspiracy hatched to finish off this nation-wise movement of ours, by Gandhi and the Congress.
So the movement for the emancipation of Mulnivasi Bahujan that was successfully launched by our great leaders was in shambles and so even after the lapse of 67 years since we got political independence from British yoke, we are not free and independent and still we suffer from the slavery imposed by Brahmins. So if we wish to be really free and independent from this imposed slavery, then we shall have to recreate and regenerate the nation-wise Movement of Mulnivasi Bahujan that was created by our great leaders. But in order to recreate such a broad and deep movement, we have to build up a strong nation-wide unified organisation which requires 10,000 full time workers operating in the field of action and for achieving this, we shall require financial resources and human resources. In order to fulfil this requirement, upto December 2006, fund for the creation of "Nation-wise Movement" ("Rastravyapi Andolan Nirman Fund") has been organised.
in this campaign (Abhiyan), every right thinking person from Mulnivasi Bahujan should participate and thereby bear some responsibility in this movement of our emancipation. Therefore every Mulnivasi is hereby invited to co-operate in terms of his or her work and finance as contribution to this great historic movement of emancipation of us all.
