Translator’s Note
I was assigned the work of translating the speech delivered by Mr.Waman Meshram on 24th Sept 2002 at Nehru Memorial Hall in Pune. The original speech is in Hindi. I had to translate it into English. Nobody can claim to do the work of translation with 100% accuracy. Some words in Hindi do not have their English equivalents. For e.g. the word ‘Prabodhan’ in Hindi does not carry the same meaning and weight when it is translated into English. Every language has its own characteristics nature and style. I feel that the translation is satisfactory. I shall accept the responsibility for any flaws and mistakes. I urge the readers of this translated book to read and hear the original speech in Hindi.

Denunciation of Poona Pact
Again and Again!
BAMCEF is running a continuous campaign of public instruction and awakening on many subjects simultaneously throughout the country. The Poona Pact was made on 24th September 1932 at Poona. Fifty years after the Poona Pact i.e. in 1982 at Poona, a discussion was being held by some people to celebrate the Golden Jubilee of Poona Pact. So I always doubt that some people may celebrate the anniversary of the Poona Pact.
Today seventy years have passed since the Poona Pact was made. It may happen that some people may hail and acclaim the Poona Pact. Instead of asking these people not to celebrate the Poona Pact, we have started the programme of repeatedly denouncing Poona Pact. The intention behind denunciation of the Poona Pact is to inform and educate the people regarding the Poona Pact. If such a programme of denouncing Poona Pact is held in Poona itself, then such people who may or wish to celebrate the anniversary of the Poona Pact will not have to audacity to do so. Poona Pact must be denounced again and again, is the message that needs to be conveyed to our people. Also the idea underlying this programme of denunciation of the Poona Pact is to deter and discourage those people who may celebrate the anniversary of the Poona pact.
With this resolve, BAMCEF is running this campaign of large scale mass awakening not just in Maharashtra, but throughout the country. Presently BAMCEF operates in almost 500 districts of India. One of our programmes is to spread the organization to 5000 tehsils. When our organization spreads to 5000 tehsils, we would be in a position to launch a huge nation wide campaign. This programme is one amongst the series of programmes that we conduct throughout the country for mass awakening to achieve our organization’s decided objectives.
On Babasaheb Dr. B.R.Ambedkar’s command, a ‘Jail-Bharo’ agitation to oppose the Poona Pact of 1932 was launched under the leadership of R.R.Bhole in 1946, when the proceedings related to the drafting of the Constitution of India had begun. Many of our people may not know this fact that Mr. R. R. Bhole and many other people were imprisoned in 1946 for this agitation. Later Mr.R.R.Bhole joined the Congress Party and became a Member of Parliament. When the Congress Party decided to celebrate the Golden Jubilee of the Poona Pact in 1982, it formed a committee and appointed Mr.R.R.Bhole as its chairperson. One can imagine how dangerous is the Congress party, as it appointed the same person namely Mr. R. R. Bhole to organize the celebrations of the Poona Pact, who lead the ‘Jail-Bharo’ agitation to oppose the Poona Pact in 1946. As soon as this news reached us we announced that we will organize a programme of ‘Denunciation of Poona Pact’. They decided to hail the Poona Pact and we decided to denounce it. When we declared that we would denounce the Poona Pact, propaganda was made which said that as Babasaheb Dr. B. R. Ambedkar has signed the Poona Pact, denouncing the Poona Pact meant denouncing Babasaheb. Such was the propaganda they resorted to! One can imagine the thinking level of such idiots! I thought that such idiots no longer exist. But they do exist in Poona and that is why this campaign of repeatedly denouncing Poona Pact needs to be run. I feel that this task is still unfinished and therefore it must be continued for some more time. I do not say that these people are dishonest. But I certainly say that they are fools and idiots. Even fools and idiots can be made wise by providing them with the correct information. But dishonest people cannot be made wise, they know everything. Mr. R. R. Bhole, a retired High Court Judge, was certainly not a fool, he knew everything. Our people are ignorant of the true facts. They do not know the consequences that followed the Poona Pact. They need to be awakened by providing them appropriate information regarding the Poona Pact. The subject, “What would have been the outcome if the Poona Pact had not been made or what were the consequences that followed from the Poona Pact?” is being discussed for providing information to our people and thus awakening them.
In India, Brahmins alone had the exclusive right to make laws for thousands of years. The British thought that not only Brahmins but the representatives of all sections of the society must have a say in the law making process.
Seeking inspiration from Rajarshi Shahu Maharaj of Kolhapur our people demanded representation in the Legislative Assemblies. Bhaskar Rao Jadhav belonging to the Backward Classes, on the insistence of Rajarshi Shahu Maharaj, demanded representation in the Legislative Assemblies. Rajarshi Shahu Maharaj exhorted Bhaskar rao Jadhav who was the Chief of the Satya Shodhak Samaj in those times to demand representation in the Legislative Assemblies.
To this demand, Bal Gangadhar Tilak, a Brahmin, retorted in the public meeting at Athni near Belgaon, saying, “I do not understand why the lower castes such as Kunbees, Telis etc want to go to the Legislatures. Legislatures are not farmlands to be irrigated and ploughed”.
Every event occurs in some context. We must understand historical events in their proper contexts.
In 1919, the First India Act came into effect which bestowed the right of representation in the Legislative Assemblies to our people. Babasaheb Dr. B. R. Ambedkar’s demands were not completely accepted but the untouchables were granted representation through nomination. There was a provision in the act to review the act itself after every 10 years. The review would be for the purpose of extending representation to more sections of the society and also for the purpose of granting additional rights. Accordingly the British Government, in adherence to the provision of review in the First India Act, sent the Simon Commission to India in 1928. Therefore the Backward Classes along with Babasaheb Dr. B. R. Ambedkar welcomed the Simon Commission. Advocate Shiv Dayal Singh Chaurasia from Lucknow who died just recently, belonging to the Backward Classes welcomed the Simon Commission. After Mr. Tilak’s death, Mr. Gandhi became the leader of the Congress Party. Gandhi did not in any way change the policy of the Congress Party. Neither there was any appreciable change in the working of the Congress Party. Mr.Gandhi opposed the Simon Commission as he feared that the British Government may extend representation and grant additional rights to our people. Mr.Gandhi did not mention the real reason for his opposition to the Simon Commission. Instead, he said that he opposed the Simon Commission because it did not include any Indian as its member. On Gandhi’s insistence, the newspapers condemned Dr. Ambedkar, and called him a traitor for his stand regarding the Simon Commission. Dr. Ambedkar replied that he knew what he was and did not need their certificate.
The British Government gave an assurance to the Congress Party that before implementing any of the recommendations of the Simon Commission the Congress Party would be consulted. Accordingly the British Government convened a Round Table Conference in London in 1931 to discuss the same. Gandhi thought that it would be meaningless to oppose in England. He thought that in India he had the support of his followers. But in England, this would not be the case. His Satyagraha without his followers will not have any effect in England. Hence Gandhi decided not to go to the First Round Table Conference. All leaders including Dr. Ambedkar went to the Round Table Conference, except Gandhi.
In the Round Table Conference Dr. Ambedkar demanded Separate Electorates, Dual Voting Right, Adequate Representation and Adult Franchise. Gandhi read the published report of this Round Table Conference. The Second Round Table Conference was convened to finalize matters. The British Government asked the Congress Party to send its representative to the Second Round Table Conference. Gandhi feared that the British Government would concede to the demands of Dr. Ambedkar.

Gandhi read the published report of this Round Table Conference. The Second Round Table Conference was convened to finalize matters. The British Government asked the Congress Party to send its representative to the Second Round Table Conference. Gandhi feared that the British Government would concede to the demands of Dr. Ambedkar.
Gandhi thought it would be counter productive to oppose covertly and it was necessary to oppose openly and vehemently all of Dr. Ambedkar’s demands. The real reason of Gandhi’s opposition to the Simon Commission was hidden in 1928. Gandhi had opposed the Simon Commission saying that no Indian member was included in the Commission. But this reason was false. The real reason of Gandhi’s opposition became evident in 1932, when he opposed all the demands made by Dr. Ambedkar. The real reason of Gandhi’s opposition was that he was not prepared to give representation to our people in the Legislative Assemblies. Gandhi said that he did not oppose representation to the Mussalmans, the Anglo-Indians, the Christians and the Sikhs, but he was firmly opposed to the idea of giving special representation to the untouchables. If anybody bears any affection towards Gandhi, he must be asked to investigate into this nature of Gandhi. Gandhi had warned that if the Demands of Dr. Ambedkar were fulfilled, he would go on a fast and starve himself to death. In spite of Gandhi’s opposition, the British Government accepted all of Dr. Ambedkar’s demands. The Communal Award was declared on 17th August 1932 which conceded the demands of the Untouchables. As soon as the Communal Award was declared, Gandhi threatened fast unto death from 20th September 1932. The Poona pact which came into effect from 24th September1932 was the result of the Coercive fast by Mr. Gandhi. Babasaheb says, “The Poona Pact is thus fraught with mischief. It was accepted because of the coercive fast of Mr. Gandhi and because of assurance given at the time that the Hindus will not interfere in the election of Scheduled Castes”
Dr. Ambedkar had not signed willingly on the Poona Pact. He was forced to sign on the Poona Pact.
Thus the Poona Pact was a complete one-way agreement. The Poona Pact made all our rights ineffective.
Out of the four rights that were granted to the untouchables, two namely Separate Electorates and Dual Voting were most fundamental. The other rights namely Adult Franchise and Adequate Representation were secondary as compared to these two most fundamental rights. With the help of the Poona Pact, Gandhi got rid of Separate Electorates and Dual Voting.
According to the Poona Pact representation to the Depressed Classes in the Central Legislatures is by the principle of Joint Electorates.
Dr. Ambedkar incorporated the system of Primary Election in the Poona Pact for the selection of the Scheduled Caste candidate. Thus there would be two elections namely Primary Election and Final Election. This system prevented the Congress High Command from directly selecting the candidates of the Scheduled Castes to contest for the reserved seats. The Primary Election was contested to decide the candidates who would be allowed to contest in the Final Election. Any person from the Scheduled Castes could contest the Primary Election. But only those four candidates who could secure the maximum number of votes were eligible to contest the Final Election. For e.g. if four candidates contesting the Primary election get 80, 50, 40 and 30 votes respectively and if they have secured the top four positions in the primary election, then they were eligible to contest the Final Election.
Today the Congress High Command selects the Scheduled Castes’ candidate. The Congress High Command selects that Scheduled Castes’ candidate who competes to become a traitor to his own community. The SC candidate who betrays his own community and who is first among other traitors is selected by the Congress High Command as our candidate.
Babasaheb Dr. B.R. Ambedkar incorporated the system of Primary Elections in the Poona Pact so that only our people would have the right to select our candidate. The Primary Election reduced the detrimental effect of this devilish Joint Electorate System of the Poona Pact by 50%. Later the Congress Party came to power with overwhelming majority and terminated the system of two elections.
Today as there is no Primary Election, the Congress Party directly decides the candidate who would contest the Scheduled Castes’ reserved seat for the Final Election.
Today some persons belonging to the Scheduled Castes act like dogs and wag their tails before the Congress High Command. They even better the dogs in wagging their tails.
Such are the disastrous consequences of the Joint Electorate System incorporated in the Poona Pact.
The Joint Electorate System of the Poona Pact gave birth to agents and stooges. The credit of their birth goes to Gandhi. Normally there cannot be any relation between stooges and Mahatma. But in this case there is, all these stooges are directly related to (so called) Mahatma Gandhi. Gandhi is their father! Some people hail Gandhi as a great ‘moral power’ but I say that Gandhi was the father of these agents and stooges. They were born on 24th September 1932 in Yerawada Jail. Normally a child is born in a Hospital. But these agents and stooges were born in Jail. They are thus uncommon and abnormal from birth itself.
119 stooges and agents are elected as Members of Parliament through article 330 of the Constitution which provides for Political Reservation to the SCs and the STs. Similarly 1050 stooges and agents are elected as Members of Legislative Assemblies through this Political Reservation. This Political Reservation is extended every 10 years. Our people have never agitated for the extension of this Political Reservation in Independent India. That which we never demanded and agitated for is extended every 10 years. Do you know how this bill is passed? Earlier when Prime Minister Indira Gandhi used to introduce this bill, Atal Bihari Vajpayee who was in the opposition would raise his hands giving unanimous support to pass this bill without any discussion. Normally a bill is not passed without discussion. This is the only bill which is passed without discussion. Why do they not wish to discuss this bill in Parliament?
If this bill is discussed, some may ask what have these stooges done to get an extension of another 10 years? Questions regarding whether the communities getting such Political Reservation have really benefited or not will be asked in these discussions. Has this Political Reservation harmed these communities will be asked in these discussions. Such discussions are dangerous for their interests, they think. For this reason there is no discussion on this bill.
Today when Atal Bihari as Prime Minister introduces this bill, Sonia raises her hand and says “Pass”. Such is the mutual agreement between these rogues.
Article 330 and 332 in the Constitution of India provide for Political Reservation. When this bill for extension of Political Reservation is passed, newspapers report that “Reservation in Services has been extended for another 10 years”. But Reservation in Services and Educational Institutions is provided by Articles 15(4) and 16(4). Reservation in Services and Educational Institutions is a fundamental right and there is no need for its extension. Only Political Reservation is extended every 10 years. But Propaganda is carried out which says that Reservation in Services has been extended another 10 years. This is done to garner your support.
Recently Atal Bihari Vajpayee made a speech on 15th August saying that Reservation in Services has been extended another 10 years. In America Vajpayee said that Musharraf is a big liar. But this speech delivered by Vajpayee on 15th August proves that Vajpayee himself is a big liar! We obtained the President’s Gazette and it clearly says that Political Reservation has been extended another 10 years. Every bill which is passed is published in the President’s Gazette. By paying appropriate amount any person can get the President’s Gazette. Whether Musharraf is a liar or not we do not know, but now we know that Atal Bihari definitely is a liar. His speech clearly proved this.
The Joint Electorates gave birth to stooges and agents. The Congress Party and Bhartiya Janata Party through mutual understanding want to maintain this “System Creating Stooges and Agents”.
The ruling castes enslaved our elected representatives in Independent India. If your elected representatives have become slaves of the ruling castes, imagine what kind of status you have been degraded to! This is the result of the Poona Pact. The Poona Pact was the handiwork of Gandhi. Gandhi is the root of this devil!
Dr. B.R.Ambedkar says that the Poona Pact disfranchised our people. Our people do not even know the word “Franchise”. What will they understand about “Disfranchisement”?
Our people only acclaim and hail Dr.Ambedkar. Some are so opportunistic that they will utter “jai Bhim” and do anything. They will utter “jai bhim” but they will destroy everything. One person from Chhatisgarh said, “We respect Babasaheb but we do not follow him”.
In a democracy the right to vote is the most important right. Our Constitution has given us this right to vote. The whole system of Democracy stands on the right to vote. But Babasaheb says that the Poona Pact disfranchised our people. It means that we are unable to elect our true representatives. That candidate, whom we do not wish to elect, becomes our representative and leader. Thus the right to vote has been made completely ineffective by the Poona Pact.
The right to vote is a right to elect our true representative. But today even though we have the right to vote, we cannot elect our true representative. It proves that the right to vote has been completely nullified by the Poona Pact. The Poona Pact has indeed disfranchised our people. It was hoped that by exercising the right of voting our people could achieve their liberation. But the right to vote was made completely ineffective by the devil named Gandhi. The right to vote was a weapon in the hands of our people. But this weapon was made so very blunt by Gandhi that it became completely useless. Eklavya had the right to shoot his arrows but the thumb of his hand was cut off, making his right completely ineffective. Without his thumb Eklavya couldn’t shoot his arrows though he had the right. In a similar way, we have the right to vote but it is totally ineffective. Eklavya was betrayed and his thumb was cut off. Similarly crores of people have been betrayed by Gandhi.
Untouchability, which exists even today, would have been completely wiped out because of Dual Voting i.e. the right of double vote. Through the first vote we would have elected our true and genuine representatives. We would not have been dependent on anybody for electing our representatives. If the Brahmins, Kshattriyas and Vaishyas wished to elect their representatives they would have had to come to us to ask for our votes. This is a very fundamental thing and needs to be understood thoroughly. Our people only know the words ‘Poona Pact’ but nothing else.
Using the first vote we would have elected our representatives. We would not have needed anybody else’s votes. But we still had the second vote and the Brahmins, Kshattriyas and Vaishyas needed our votes to elect their desired representative. They had forced us to live in jungles. They had forced untouchability on us. When they would have come to us for our votes, we would have asked them to remove this injustice in fifteen days. Only when they would do so, we would have thought whether to give our votes to them or not. The worst form of slavery in the world i.e. untouchability, which exists for thousands of years would have ended. Untouchability lives and thrives today only because Gandhi destroyed the right of double vote. Propaganda is made throughout the world that untouchability was abolished because of the efforts of Gandhi. But the real fact of the matter is that untouchability lives and thrives in India only because of Gandhi. Gandhi is solely responsible for the existence of untouchability in India. I challenge congressmen that I am prepared for a public debate on this issue even on Television to prove that if untouchability exists in India today it is only because of Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi and nobody else. Retired Justice of the Supreme Court Mr. Krishna Iyer in one of his Judgement made the comment that Slavery in America and Europe has been abolished but in India only the word ‘untouchability’ has been abolished but not the thing. If a Supreme Court Judge makes such a remark, is there any need to comment further?
The four demands made by Babasaheb were accepted on 17th August 1932. It would have been a kind of liberation as our people would have been able to exercise fully all the constitutional rights but under Dominion status. Dominion status meant that the British would continue to rule at the centre. Babasaheb told the British rulers to liberate the Mulnivasis of India before giving Freedom to the Brahmins. We were the slaves of the Brahmins and the Brahmins were the slaves of the Britishers. Babasaheb told the British rulers that if Brahmins get freedom before the liberation of the Mulnivasis, the Brahmins would never liberate the Mulnivasis. Therefore it was a must that the Mulnivasis get liberated first. Gandhi and his people got freedom on 15th August 1947. The communal award declared on 17th August 1932 bestowed rights on our people and liberated them from their slavery but Gandhi used the Poona Pact to sabotage all our rights and to enslave us. The freedom struggle led by Gandhi was a freedom struggle of the Brahmins for their people. It was not a freedom struggle to liberate all Indians.
It must be remembered that Dr. Ambedkar was forced to sign on the Poona Pact. Congress and Gandhi were responsible for creating such a situation which compelled Babasaheb to sign the Poona Pact. Due to Gandhi’s fast and the situation created by Congress, threats had begun coming in from all over India which said that Babasaheb would be killed and in every village of India houses of his people would be burnt down. That is why Babasaheb called Gandhi’s fast as ‘Coercive Fast’. Babasaheb had already received anonymous letters threatening to kill him. National newspapers of those times published reports of such threats issued to Dr.Ambedkar and his people.
We must conduct a hypothetical analysis of what would have happened if the Poona pact had not been made?
If the Poona pact had not been made, the representatives of the Scheduled Castes would have been elected through Separate Electorates. 119 representatives of the SCs and the STs would have been elected as members of Parliament. The system of Separate Electorates provided us a choice of electing our true representatives. We would have exercised our choice by electing that person who would fight for our rights in Parliament. Thus, 119 genuine representatives would have been elected to the Constituent Assembly.
Gandhi did not allow any person belonging to the OBC’s to get into the Constituent Assembly. People belonging to the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes do not know this fact. Those people who only hail and acclaim Dr.Ambedkar, do not know this fact. Backward Classes in those times regarded Gandhi as their leader. But Gandhi did not allow any person belonging to the OBC’s to get elected to the Constituent Assembly through the Congress Party. Gandhi through the Congress Party issued a statement saying that even the doors and windows of the Constituent Assembly were closed for Dr. Ambedkar. Gandhi betrayed the Other Backward Classes by not electing any OBCs’ person to the Constituent Assembly. It was Dr. Ambedkar who fought for the rights of the Other Backward Classes in the Constituent Assembly. Article 340 which provides for representation to the Other Backward Classes was incorporated in the Constitution of India due to Dr. Ambedkar’s fight and efforts. The Other Backward Classes who are Shudras according to the Brahmannical Dharmashastras and who were denied fundamental rights got Fundamental rights through the Constitution of India.
What Sharad Pawar thinks or does not think is a different matter, but what the Congress Party thinks of Sharad Pawar is quite clear. Sharad Pawar has no freedom to speak his mind in the Congress Party. When he decided to exercise his freedom to speak in the Congress Party, the Congress High Command showed him the door and asked him to get out. The Other Backward Classes are Shudras in the Varna Vyavastha. Therefore the issue of fundamental rights is critical and fundamental not only to the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes but also for the Other Backward Classes. Further, Dr. Ambedkar prepared the Schedule for the Tribes in India and granted them special rights through the Constitution of India. Even today the Adivasis in India do not have any information about their special rights.
Dr.Ambedkar fought for the rights of the Other Backward Classes in the Constituent Assembly. He even resigned as Law Minister for the cause of the Other Backward Classes. They were four reasons why he resigned as Law Minister. One of the reasons was that the commission to identify the Other Backward Classes was not appointed. As the Commission to identify the Other Backward Classes was not appointed according to the provisions of Article 340, Dr. Ambedkar finally resigned from his Law Ministership to protest against this unjust treatment meted out to the Other Backward Classes. If the system of Separate Electorates had existed, 119 genuine representatives of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes along with Dr. Ambedkar would have been elected to the Constituent Assembly. Our people would have had more rights than what they have got through the Indian Constitution. Dr. Ambedkar would not have had to fight alone for the cause of our people, but other true representatives elected through Separate Electorates would also have fought for our cause and for our rights. Atleast they would have stood behind Dr. Ambedkar to support him in his fight. Later, in the first General Election itself, 119 true and genuine representatives of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes would have got elected to the Parliament and Dr. Ambedkar would have been the recognized opposition leader in the first Lok Sabha. He would then have taken up the issues of the Other Backward Classes and the Minorities. As a result the Other Backward Classes and the Minorities would have supported Dr.Ambedkar in the next election and finally in the third general election of 1965 Dr.Ambedkar would have got absolute majority in Parliament. Ultimately the Mulnivasis (Indigenous people of India) would have got complete control over India and would have been liberated. If the Poona Pact had not been made, this would have happened.
We are not independent in independent India. How to counter the adverse consequences of the Poona Pact is the problem that needs to be addressed? Without this the engine of this movement will never run. Such strong brakes have been applied by the Poona Pact!
16 years after the Poona Pact i.e. in 1946, Dr.Ambedkar wrote a book, “States and Minorities” in which he has demanded separate electorates. Presently the circumstances are not such that we should demand Separate Electorates. That is why I am not in favour of demanding Separate Electorates. Today it is not even possible to demand Separate Electorates because there is no third element (British rulers) in India to whom we can put forward our demands. Today our determined enemies are in Power, so it is not possible to demand anything. This is the reason why I am not in favour of demanding Separate electorates. I do not support the idea of creating a pressure group. It is an insignificant thing. On 15th August, the British rulers who were foreigners left India, but other foreigners became rulers of India. The bill passed in the British Parliament was therefore called as the “Transfer of Power Bill”. The British rulers were aware and believed that they were transferring power to a section of people who were foreigners just like them. If the Poona Pact had not been made our people would have been liberated. Because of the Poona Pact only Brahmins got freedom and liberation on 15th August 1947. Hindu Religion which is in essence and reality ‘Brahman Dharma’ would have been annihilated completely if the Poona Pact had not been made. The Brahman Dharma has enslaved our people. If “Brahman Dharma” had been abolished our people would have been liberated. Gandhi knew this and that is why he used to say that granting separate electorates to the untouchables would endanger Brahman Dharma. We will have to start the liberation movement of “Mulnivasi India”.
Some people talk about the “Master Key”. I think that “Master Key” is definitely essential and necessary. We have a plan through which we shall be able to spread our organization to six lakh villages in India. If we prepare 200 people in every village then we shall be able to mobilize 200*6,00,000=12,00,000,00 people. If we are able to mobilize 3,00,000,00 people of the major cities in India then we shall be able to mobilize 12,00,000,00 + 3,00,000,00 = 15,00,000,00 people of India for this movement. Gandhi was able to mobilize 1 crore people and the Britishers were forced to leave India. Just imagine if we are able to mobilize 15 crores people in India!!
We have to start our Freedom Struggle. We have already decided to fight for our Freedom. The decision has already been made. The only thing left is the preparation that we must do to win this struggle. Our people must be prepared. If Gandhi could do this, we definitely can. The large crowds that come to our programmes is an indication that people are gradually preparing themselves to fight this Freedom Struggle. BAMCEF has launched a campaign of awakening to prepare our people. Our programmes are drawing large crowds all over India. This is the result of our awakening. Our enemy has started the campaign of subjugating our people. People have started coming to us to find protection. Lower level leaders of the RPI say that if anybody can do anything, it is BAMCEF. We need to solve the larger problem; smaller issues will get solved automatically. The larger problem is the issue of our Independence. ‘Master Key’ will come along with this Independence. Freedom doesn’t necessarily come along with the “Master Key”. Only preparation needs to be done in order to win this Freedom Struggle.
I believe that the people of Pune will extend cooperation and support to this movement for our Independence.
